1）Introducing 設(shè)備介紹：
The Model HTL-2200 Machine is a domestic new-generation  fully-automatic production line, researched developed with Japanese top-notch technology, to produce hollow-core stick. The production line is made up of a beating machine for raw  semi finished materials, a curing main machine,two conveyors, two slurry-poured
machines  a conveyer belt.
HTL -2200型號(hào)設(shè)備是國(guó)內(nèi)新一代的全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線，研究了并使用日本的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)，生產(chǎn)蛋卷空心棒。該生產(chǎn)線是由一臺(tái)原料打漿機(jī)用于原料和半成品材料，一臺(tái)烘焙主機(jī)，兩臺(tái)送漿機(jī)，兩臺(tái)灌心機(jī)和輸送帶。
2) Product processing 生產(chǎn)過(guò)程：
According to the prescription, raw materials are placed into the mixing machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry,  then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the baking machine. After baking, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper  put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape.  cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails.
根據(jù)配方原料放在打漿機(jī)上攪拌抖均勻的粉漿，用送漿機(jī)送到烘焙機(jī)加熱的輪鼓上，烘焙后，刮刀將軟的粉條刮出，放進(jìn)卷心棒軸（本機(jī)組配二組芯棒軸）繞成棒狀，切成所需的長(zhǎng)度，利用坑槽送至輸送帶收集。
3) Characteristics 基本特點(diǎn)：
l The baking machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm cut-off gas generator  temperature control devices.
l The machines of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system.
l The speed of the wheel hub  the powder slurry thickness can be adjusted.
l The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar shafts.
l The length of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture, which controls a shear.
l The cream  other infillings can be completely  partly poured into hollow-core wafer bar. In the proceeding above, their main engines are  controlled by their own frequency converters.
